This is an ig's agressive posture. When they rise up on all fours and walk stiff-legged, they're telling you "I'm bad, I'm big, watch out" You'll probably notice that they inflate themselves, and usually walk a little sideways. this is to make themselves appear larger to thier opponent. If you see an ig doing this, and it's aimed at you, you stand a pretty good chance of taking a bite. My experience with being bitten (one I hope never to repeat) came when this display was happening.
