: Im just couriouse as I to live in ohio and my previouse vet told me DD was suffering from summer time blahs. just wondering if its the same vet. I left my email above incase you dont want to post it on a public forum.

:
: : Well, I took Gizmo to the vet today -- good report! The office doesn't get many reptiles so the vet was showing her to all the vet techs and stuff and telling them what a good job I'm doing - yay! She's gone from 1.75 ounces to 2.5 and he thinks she's probably a girl! The only thing wrong with her is that he says she's a little pale, but that that's normal for an iguana in the winter in Ohio. He said to try to get a little more sunlight in her cage, but that's a little difficult since my room has but one window. How did some of you guys get around this? I don't want to put the cage right in front of the window cuz she might get overheated, so I kind of have it so the right side is at least in the sun's path. It's not a south-facing (or whichever direction gets the most sun) window either so it's not a whole lot of sun. Anyway, any thoughts would be appreciated!
