Falling on the back can be dangerous! Is there anything else you have noticed that may seem a bit off? HAve you noticed any tremors? Please keep a watchful eye ....

In the mean time, if you have any way to prohibit high climbing do it until you can rule out a possible medical issue that may be causing this.

We had an iguana who fell on his back constantly, every time he tried to climb he'd fall. Turns out he was suffering from vitamin b deficiency and this was the first symptom we saw because the tremors were so slight we missed them.
