My ig is in the middle of breeding season now. Usually it starts in the late fall/early winter. That's when they would mate out in the wild. I am no expert, but Gizmo looks really young to me. I wouldn't think it would be more than a year. Its snout and dewlap are still really small. But if it is as young as I think it is, then Gizmo wouldn't be sexually mature yet to go into breeding season. I think it is still too early to tell its sex. Hopefully some other posters will give their opinion, but to me, Gizmo looks very young. How long is Gizmo(like from snout to tip of tail)? How long have you had him/her?
