All iguanas grow at different rates..but if her growth is stunted..I would seriously examine the food she is eatiing..quanity and quality.
I would also check for internal parasites and probably worm her w/panacure anyway..especially if you haven't yet.

Good luck finding a herp vet..don't head to a dog vet.
