As far as cheap pre-fab enclosures- good luck! I've yet to find one. A solution we have given some people is to purchase a pre-fab book case or better yet a closet (Sauder makes a huge one), then all they have to do is make doors and drill a few holes for electric cords. Doors are easy enough, figure out how large each door has to be then have the lumber yard cut the pieces exactly, all that's left to be done is assembly at home. If you get the closet I was talking about -all you have to do is cut out panels in the door and replace with plexi or hardware cloth.
