There are better fruit choices than oranges. Any citrus fruit tends to be very acidic. Have them try melon, berries, mango instead. I know Bon give iZ oranges without much trouble (but she was trying agressively to rehydrate him with his kidney problems...and hide his meds in them). Except in special cases, I would stick to the other fruits.
