No, you could guess but that's all it would be. Unfortunatly so many iguanas are cared for improperly that size is no indication of age. We have a 2 year old that is no bigger than a hatchling due to improper care. If you can see femeral pores you'll atleast know that the iguana is 2 years of age or older
