What is a "Nature's heat rock"? We have plain old flat rocks in our turtle enclosure that are under the heat lamp, is this the same? Is it made special?

For a small iguana, what would be the normal amount of food to feed them? I've read all the good foods to feed, I'm just not sure how
much to feed.
