Cage Materials to Use?

: Help - I've gone through experimentations with several cage materials, including glass (sees his reflection and dive bombs the glass, hurting his nose - no matter how the lights are set), and 1/4" X 1/4" heavy duty screen material (still scrapes his nose). The cage is 5'W X 6'H X 2.5'D, and other than the nose issue he's very healthy, and my little buddy. He's soooo good, and I want to get this resolved if anyone has any suggestions as to alternative materials that won't hurt him, but can keep him in.... : Thanks on behalf of my little 5' buddy Spike!
