We just move them into their new homes and give them some alone time to adjust. We've only ever had problems with one iguana and we came to the conclusion it had less to do with the move and more to do with its disposition.
She will be fine in a carrier over night but you can always load the enclosure on the truck last so it is the first thing that comes off and put her in the car for the trip over!
