Well, I don't personally like Rep-Cal. there isn't enough evidence to support using dietary vitamin D3 (that it helps, or anything), and some studies have shown that it's bad for your ig. Now, I'm not sure if anything's been proven or not, but I say better safe than sorry when it comes to supplementing. Try to find a supplement that's pure calcium carbonate, with no Vitamin D3 or phosphorus added. If not, use what you have, but very sparingly. A tiny lil pinch every few days is enough. As far as herptivite goes, That's what I'm using right now. You don't have to use the brand that is reccomended by the repcal people, there will be no weird reactions or anything. You can also supplement with multivitamins and calcium on different days, they don't need to be "combined" whenever they're used, really.
Young igs and older females who produce eggs need more calcium, others need less. If your ig is young or ovulating, make SURE to find a pure calcium supplement, you'll be using it more often than in other cases.
just my two cents.
