I think thgey qare with active uv heat. uvheat.com because they posted on teh beardie forum too member whne i attacked them through the kingsnake forums? Well i dont regret it they told me 3 weeks it took me 6 weeks and i didnt get good service till i threatened with a lawyer then he called me daily till he got a hold of me ha ha. Go to other places for your bulbs unless you wanna go through hell.
