Hi everybody!
Hope you all had nice holidays and et cetera. But now I have another question. I just migrated my ig to her new big cage (29 z 29 x 72) and she doesn't seem to be very interested in the heat lamp - all she's been doing for two days is climbing the wall furthest from the lamp. I have a basking platform right under the light but she neevr stays on it for long, she just keeps right on climbling up the branches I have in the cage so she can get to the top. When I pick her up now her skin always feels cold -- is this okay?? She also hasn't eaten that I've noticed since the move. I had her food at the bottom of the cage but she won't go down there at all so I moved it to the basking platform - is that bad also? One more thing - she's in the process of shedding now too (her face is all white and her body's kind of brown-gray) so I didn't know if that would have anything to do with it. If someone could let me know how to heat the larger enclosure it'd be helpful - I do have another heat lamp but I'm thinking that even if I put it up there she'd still just cluimb the walls where the heat doesn't really get to her. Help!
