How fast.....

I just wanted to know how fast iguanas grow. I have a cage that measures 26in x 22in x 16in & I was wondering how long the iguana would be able to live in that if I bought one as a baby. My room right now doesn't have much room for a larger cage, but in a year & a half I'll be 18 & moving out of my house hopefully where I can have a larger room to be able to fit a larger cage.
