It doesn't matter if they are both males or not...they should be separated if one is dominating the other (and kept out of sight of each other as well). Nothing you can do will make them get along. You will need to large enclosures with UV light, heat, etc for each. If this sounds like more than you can house, I suggest putting one up for adoption now while they are young... it may be easier to find a home rather than waiting until you are desparate and he is 3-6 feet.
