Didn't go to Tampa, but last year for Christmas my wife bought me a subscription. She purchased it in October so that they'd kick in, so she thought, for Christmas. After calling to complain in January, an issue appeared 2 weeks later. Oddly enough, in March, the regular subscription started, and for 1 whole year I received 2 of every issue. I think they are just slow in starting!
