What to do with a burned or over warmed iguana?

The neighbor brought us iguana that is either burned or over warmed we are not sure. They had a device that held thee iguana while they cleaned the cage and they did not know the device was over the heat vent. It lost it's color and turned whitesh. It started gaining it's color but is still whitesh around the head and is not active. What do we do??
PLEASE HELP!!
