A basking spot is the warmest spot for your iguana, my (now) two iguanas are free
roamers, but I have a basking spot set up so my Ig's roam around the house and when they
gets in the mood to 'bask' they goes under there lights and heat and relax there, it
s just the warmest spot for them to relax and be comfortable in the heat :)
