Iguanas come in a variety of colors, depending on many factors, such as genetics, and place of origin. Having said that, most all babies are bright green, regardless of what thier adult color may be. Orange is an adult color, and I don't believe I've ever seen an ornage baby. Is it bright orange, or just muddy dark? If it's just dark, this may indicate a problem. Dark coloration is an indicator of possible health problems, including incorrect temps. A good diet is the first step, but how about temps, humidity, lighting, uvb, cage type, space, and on and on. Much more info is needed to even guess at the reason for the color change. Give a little more detail, please.
Regards,
JohnT
