Very true David. You should not get an animal if you cannot care for it properly. People come on the forums for suggestions. Yes, its impossible to diagnose over the internet. If the animal is obviously sick, then the person should take it to the vet or loan some money if they don't have it. Sometimes, people look for a hone remedy if a vet visit is a last resort. Someone might be layed off suddenly. You cannot control that, it isn't stupidity, ignorance, or neglect if you have little to no money to take the animal to the vet in that situation. BUT, a caring and responsible person would find a way to get money to take the animal to the vet if neccessary.
