iguana color

I bought a baby iguana at a reptile expo 2 weeks ago and he was bright green. Now his head is a mostly a rosy, orangish color and so is hi body down a little past his front legs. I know green iguanas turn dark but he's only 5" long minus tail. Can anyone tell me why he's turning this color or is it normal? And also any idea on age being this length? Could his diet be affecting his color? I had him on lettuce and lima beans until this past Monday when I got him on the Iguana Diet from Iguana Den. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks in advance
