We do all of our reptile business with Pondside and have for over a year now. The owner, John, is on top of his game right down to shipping. Figures he puts the Actives on sale two weeks after we pick upan order from him...LOL

UVHeat.com or WildInside or whatever other name is currently associated with the website has been VERY sketchy for the last 6 months as far as their shipping and customer service policies. Cancel the order. HerpSupplies.com should have what you need in stock. Shoot them an e-mail tomake sure before you cancel....
