Should I use the normal 150W heat and uva/uvb light, a uvb/uva/heat light by itself, or a uva/uvb/heat light AND another uvb/uva tube light together? Anyone have any favorite brands?

A l00 watt bulb for heat and a 5.0 fluorescent for UVB. I know there are other kinds out there and I'm sure you will be given the names from other people.
