I don't believe you can really sex them by looking at them till they are about a year to 2 years old..But i believe there are probes, and i don't know much about the probes.

And i'd seperate those iguanas, they can injure the others, and will fight if there isn't enough room in the cage for all 4 of them. They stay together when they are younger, but when they get older they want to be more alone and more independent, with their own 'territory'.
