Just pure ol' fashioned water, like they'd encounter in the wild should work just fine, been using for coupla' years now for the Sunday bath... and they still don't like it! I'm with the other post, would think gatorade would leave them sticky, besides, they absorb water through their skin, and would think that might prevent good absorbtion...
