nutritional content of veggie??????

I saw Mizuna in the trendy yuppie market the other day. It had some vitamin contents listed above the display, including calcium. I've been trying to find the calcium to phosphorus ratio, but cannot find this information anywhere online! Does anyone know where I can find this? It seems to be excluded from most nutrional data bases--possibly because it is asian. I've found plenty of sites that say what a great veggie it is for salads, but can't find any hard facts/#'s. I tried a piece and it tasted pretty good, then bought some for Sleestack, but am only using it sparingly until I find out more. Thanks in advance.
