Eyes popping....

Hi, I know that when Iguanas shed their eyes, they bulge them or pop (I don't know exactly how to call it)to scatch their eyes. Well Maya does it almost always when we are into deep petting sessions. Could this happen when they are in pleasure too? Does someone else experience this?
