The mall are easier. Complain and complain to the mall management. The snake people caught one of our mall stores saying that a burmese python wouldn't grow over 5 feet.

Call Animal Control. I know Canada is differemt, but maybe you can benefit from the info on my bad pet store page. I am seeing a decrease in these mall pet stores. There is also a boycott on Petland.
