Cat and Iguana...followup..

: Hi, I just wanted to tell everybody that's it's going very well with the cat and Maya. Maya is relaxed now. He doesn't eat alot but I'm pretty sure it has more to do with breeding season. Anyway he was scarred of the cat at the beginning but after I think he told himself that he was not going to let a little cat ruin his life and fun of walking around like he use to. Well he walks around the appartement now like he use to. If the cat approches, he extends his dulap, makes his body big and prepares his tail, if the cat approches: Whack! if not he goes back to normal. He doesn't seem to be bothered much by him. And the cat is starting to know that, that green thing has quite a character! And I'm always beside them! But know Maya is relaxed (arms extended) on his basking shelf in the living room like before. We will see how it goes while they grow! : Thanks, Helene
