Welcome from Sleestack and me!
For greens I use collards, mustards, escarole/endive, watercress, and dandelion mainly. The collards seem to last the longest-- sometimes 1.5 weeks...the watercress the shortest! I've had good luck with washing and cutting my veggies...putting them in tupperware with a papertowel on top, then turning the containers upside down in the refrigerator. I replace the soaked papertowels for the first few days. Once they are dry, I turn the containers right side up. The veggies seem to last the longest this way. I also remove any rotting leaves as I see them as they seem to speed up others rotting. Good luck and keep posting ;-)
