Our very first female ig Gwar had what sounds like the same thing,but she was very very gravid and the infection from broken eggs almost got the best of her.
I would try to keep her quiet and hydrated,kick up the humidity and get those meds down her.Keep in touch with your vet and write down everything you can get down her and everything you observe for the vet.
