Yes it sounds like she was dehydrated for a while and has a section of hard poo in her gut. In addition to fruits if she takes them, I'd syringe water into her mouth twice a day. 2 cc's 2X/day for a small ig, 40 cc's 2X day for an 8 pounder. I'd leave her in the tub for up to an hour at a time, warming the water every 20 min.

Forcing water like that starts a strong urate flow, and it's my belief that passing urates indirectly helps to move stool along.

Belly massaging can help over a few days. Do it when she's in the tub for about 3 or 4 minutes per session. Tub her twice a day until "it happens".

: I think, you should maybe give put more fruits in her diet(food with more water) and put her in the bath with warm water and wait until she poops. It could take a while. I once stayes 30 min in the bathroom until Maya pooped.
