Well, I've certainly not seen it get down to 30 here.. that's like 7 degrees below freezing!...
My gf's lived here all her life and hasn't seen it freeze here for quite a few years.
At night, the average is around 60-75 here, even now, with it rarely going much below that. VERY sparingly it'll go down to 40 something for a day or two, but then we'll bring the igs indoors til it passes...
I know even 60-75 is generally too cold for the Igs, but it's been REAL high here in the day time, from early in the morning til after midnight. When it does drop low, it's only for a few hours at a time.
When Skittles escaped, he was living out wild here in the neirhbourhood for nearly a year. He was still alive when Cheri got him back, although somewhat underfed. I'd say that's a pretty good statement that they can handle the natural temps here once they're at least a couple of years old.
But, I would still like to put a little more heat in the enclosure at night.
