that while this petition shows support against a ban it cannot be used as a "legally binding" petition and could mean very little in and of itself if viewed by legislators. Keep in mind that politicians, many times, will only be motivated if the voices speaking to them are of legal voting age. Be careful not to rely too heavily on this particular petition but use it as a reference and call/write each of your state legislators individually.
