That usually does it...

You COULD use a 1 in 10 part bleach/water mix, but the bleach can be a pain to get out, and boiling water kills most stuff.

So just use the boiling water, leave it out in the sun for a coupla days, or stick it in the overn if it'll fit, and let it dry out. Et voila :)
