When my Ig's were that size, they kinda' went through phases. They'd eat tons, then back off a little. Over the last two years though, it's pretty much always been twice a day, with growing portions. Ig's can be finicky eaters, and if you change their diet, may take them time to adjust and decide "hey, this ain't so bad afterall!" If you haven't changed their diet, it's also possible they've changed what they like. Their tastes change, and like humans quite often the body craves (or not) what it needs (or doesn't).

If you want to encourage, try having "fun" feeding, take a whole collard green leaf and let your cute little Ig eat from it. Mine both love to just rip off their bites from a gian leaf. It's really kinda' cool, and helps build the trust with you anyways, and for Spike & Gizmo here seems to enhance how much they eat.

All I can say is make sure you're feeding the right balance of leafy, protein enriched, not too much fruit, etc. as Melissa Kaplan's site will tell ya'.
