: I got some collards, endive, green beans, butternut squash, a bale of alfalfa and strawberries... I blended it all up into a big pile of mush stuck it in a tupperware and stashed it in a compartment inthe fridge. How do these ingredients sound? I like to change the fruit each week, last week was apple. Idont put much fruit in at all though. The alfalfa is for rabbits it came in a bale its just plain dried alfalfa.

Sometimes they don't like the taste of the alfalfa. You can try soaking it until it's soft and sneaking some into the food. Or, if your lucky, yours will just eat it. Mine wouldn't touch it, so I had to buy alfalfa tea bags and sprinkle that on Max's food and blend it in.

Your veggies sound fine. Yes, fruit is only l0 percent of the diet.
