You should feed your ig some other foods besides the greens. But I would recommend fresh veggies. The bulk of the meal should be dark leafy greens(like collards & mustard greens), you can also use edive, escarole, and turnip greens. Veggies you can use include squash(like butternut and yellow), green beans, green peppers, snap peas, okra. Carrots you can feed on occasion. But corn I wouldn't. Fruits should be fed only as a treat and not as a staple in the diet.
As far as how much to feed him/her, just watch your ig's behavior and how much he/she eats. An ig will not eat if they are not hungry(unlike a dog). In my opinion, 2 cups everyday is a good start. If the plate is empty, put some more in there and see if Jupiter eats more. Don't forget to offer your ig fresh water everyday. If you haven't had him long, here are some good sites to check out:
