just to add an easy tip instead of a cheese grater, I throw a variety of food into the foodprocessor along with the vitamins and minerals and in 5 mins you have a nutritional veggie salad for a few days. Simple, and he enjoys it. ( Mine is also still young, when he's older he has to learn to chew a bit more!)
