I saw worms before the medicine but that doesn't mean worms or parasites aren't present if you can't see them. It doesn't cost that much to get a vet to run a fecal. Pin worms are also common in dogs. It is not easy to decide on a dose for a little iguana. Maybe a vet could call another reptile vet that is close and get info. Many of these vets have web sites. Where are you located?
