Maya's not the fattest Iguana either, but he eat's well, i think that's all that counts. The pounds should come on over time. Also make sure you went for a fecal exam. At the beginning I found that Maya didn't seem to grow at all. Well he had hockworms. Worms can do many things depending the individual, some don't eat, some don't seem to grow; that was Maya's problem. He exercices alot too.

: My little guy Zeek is well... rather little. We've had him for about 9 months now and from what I've got the impression of, he should be quite bigger than what he is. He's about 5" SVL and about 16" STL, I dont know, maybe that is normal for his age but from what I've heard, I think he should be bigger.

: Another problem is he's rather thin... you can normally feel and see his ribs. Not real bad, but enough to make me worry. I give him lots of food, consisting of Collard Greens, Kale, Dandilion Greens, Carrot and various fruits like cantaloupe and banana. He normally eats most of it, about 3/4 of a cup worth, and he's in an 86 gallon tank(for now), with lots to climb, places to hide, and all the heat is right too. I'm at a loss.

: Then again... I could be worrying about nothing.

: Any help or reassurance would be appreciated.
