Try to find some collard, mustard, turnip and dandelion greens to add. Add some green beans ot snow peas. USe winter squashes such as acorn, butternut, spaghetti, white acorn, sweet dumpling, etc. A small amonut if fruit is ok. Escarole and curly endive is also ok.
