If your enclosure lends itself to it, you may want to install plastic on the exterior walls such as the window insulating "shrink wrap" style. I'd only recommend this if there is minimal chance that your ig can get it's claws in it. Next, try either an ultrasonic fogger or humidifier. The foggers are the small table top waterfall type. The humidifier is made by both Sunbeam and Vicks. If your enclosure is large enough to simply place it inside you can try that. Or you can plumb it so that the humidifier is on the outside of the enclosure and just a small piece of pipe leading into the enclosure for the "fog" to enter.
