: I'm sorry to hear this... you can only do so much though if he won't listen. I'm not sure if there is an organization that would intervene in this case. I know when I was a child, we reported cruelty to a dog in the neighborhood (and I think the SPCA or humane society intervened...you could call them for suggestions...although he might know it was you). You could also buy him a copy of Iguanas for Dummies....maybe then he'll get the hint.
