I'm soo glad he found his way to you and Steph,,he now has a chance at a good life in your hands.
It sickens me to see cases like this,,,fortunately I've only rescued one that looked that bad and I swear they know they've been rescued and appreciate it and show their appreciation too.
All claws and fingers are crossed for the little guy.
