Ditto on Samcin's post, plus:

Temps: 100F basking spot, 80F cool side. (no hot rocks, overhead heat is what is needed, also need a UVB source such as a ZooMed reptisun/iguana light (flourescent), or an ActiveUV bulb or similar)
As much humidity as you can manage (80% +)
Tank? Think bigger! Igs require HUGE enclosures! (room sized is best)
