Are you going to college? Are you going into the military? Are you going to live in an apartment or atart a family in the next 15 years? All of these are reasons that people give for surrendering their iguana. More and more iguanas are put doown because there are not enough homes for them.

Research and look aound for an older iguana. Be aware that iguanas can be aggressive and this is another reason they are looking for a home.
