EGOR!!! What's on him!!!

hey, my mom says i shouldn't be worried about this, but on Egor's left side under his rib cage there's like this enlongated lump. i'm worried it might be a tumor or something, but i don't know. it's pretty large, and she's tired of going to the vet. is this by any chance his guts moving from him getting bigger, or is it a terd that he can't get out, even tho he's pooping heaping piles daily? what is it, and should i take him to the vet about it. did i get a bad ig? i hope not, i'm in love w/ the little guy. he doesn't flinch when you touch it, but i'm worried. please w/b/s
