Hi Dan...the correct dilution is 2 oz NIX to 3/4 gallon water, anymore dilution and you start having efficacy problems....yeah you could soak him in it...even tho premethrin does NOT cross the blood brain barrier,and is the least toxic if ingested of all chemical mite txs out there... I still would worry about ingestion, or getting in his eyes...so keep his head outta the water if possible...use Qtips dipped in NIX to swab his face....soak for 10 minutes and then pull the drain plug .....Follow with a thorough rinsing under WARM RUNNING WATER keeping his head down if possible to avoid aspirating water or don't even rinse his head but use a wet wash cloth to remove any heavy chemical, or mites hanging on for dear life.......and yer done!
